"Not really the relaxing vibe I was hoping for"
I booked this place after seeing some good stuff about it online, so I was expecting it to feel a lot more calm and put together. But when I got there, something just felt a little off. The waiting area didn’t seem that clean, there was hair and dust on the floors, and the room had this stale smell that made it hard to fully relax. The lighting was also harsh, and the music kept cutting in and out, which kind of broke the mood. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, or maybe it’s just not my kind of place, but... yeah, I left feeling disappointed.

"Didn’t really do much, and I had to chase them"
I really wanted to like this, but after using it for a few weeks I didn’t notice much of a difference. It feels fine on the skin and didn’t irritate me, but for the price I expected better results. I also had to chase them to get a response when I reached out, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Probably won’t be buying it again.

I tried booking an appointment through Milk + Honey, it was more frustrating than it needed to be. The site would show available times, but once I clicked one, it would suddenly say it wasn’t available. I also never got a clear confirmation email, so I ended up having to call just to make sure the appointment actually went through. You’d think basic scheduling and confirmation would be straightforward, but it felt like a hassle from start to finish. Not the best first impression.

The return process ended up taking way longer than I expected (which was frustrating), and after all that, the issue still hasn’t actually been fixed

The staff were really nice and easy to talk to, but I’m not fully convinced about the quality of the treatment. Some parts seemed to help, but the overall results were mixed for me.

The site itself was fine, but the support staff didn’t leave the best impression. I asked what I thought was a simple question, and the reply I got felt rushed and a bit rude, like they just wanted to get rid of me. It made me a little uneasy too, because when support is short like that, I start wondering if I’m being brushed off or fooled somehow. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected more patience and better manners...

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order and customer support got back to me the next day. It wasn’t the fastest response, but they were friendly and got everything sorted out. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again...
